Quick question? and get an answer right away.
How a project starts.
- 1
You describe the work
Tell me, in plain language, what is being done by hand today: where the information comes from, how much there is, who handles it and where it needs to end up. A few paragraphs are enough to start.
- 2
We map the real process
I ask questions and, where possible, look at real examples: the emails, documents, spreadsheets or records involved. The goal is to understand the process as it actually runs, including the exceptions and the things that go wrong.
- 3
I propose the first flow
Rather than a large plan, I suggest one well-defined flow to automate first, what it would replace, where a person stays in control and how we would measure whether it works.
- 4
We build and measure
The first flow goes into production with real data. We watch the numbers that matter, such as time saved, error rates or response times, and improve it before widening the scope to the next flow.
What I can help with.
- Invoices and documents
- Invoices, credit and debit notes, purchase orders and reports arriving as PDFs or spreadsheets, extracted, validated and delivered into your database, ERP or a regulatory gateway such as LHDN MyInvois.
- Inbound email and leads
- Shared inboxes where enquiries wait. An agent can categorize every message, research senders, draft replies and assign leads to the right person by region, seniority or any rule you choose, with your CRM kept in sync.
- Data moving between systems
- Information copied by hand from one tool to another, such as email to CRM, spreadsheet to database or form to report. Pipelines with proper validation remove the copying and the errors that come with it.
- Phone conversations
- Routine calls such as bookings, rescheduling and common questions, handled by a real-time voice assistant that answers instantly, handles interruptions and hands over to a person when needed.
- Websites and content
- A fast, well-structured website and a content engine that researches topics and keywords, writes to EEAT standards and publishes consistently, so the right customers can find you.
- Reporting
- Dashboards in Power BI or Tableau that turn operational data into numbers people actually use, fed automatically so nobody rebuilds the same report every week.
Before you write
What to expect, what to include and how I work. If your question is not here, ask Alfred or just send it.
What happens after I send a message?
I read every message myself and reply to the email address you give. If you are describing a process to automate, my reply will usually include a few questions about how the work runs today, so that any next step is based on your real situation rather than assumptions. If you are hiring, I will reply about the role and share anything else you need, such as my résumé.
What should I include in my message?
The more concrete, the better. Describe the work that is currently done by hand: where the data comes from (email, PDFs, spreadsheets, forms, a CRM), roughly how much of it there is per day or week, who handles it, what they check, and where the result needs to end up. If something frequently goes wrong, mention that too. You do not need technical detail; a plain description of the process is exactly what I need.
What kinds of projects do you take on?
Projects where AI and automation replace repetitive work: document pipelines that extract and validate data from PDFs and spreadsheets, AI agents that ingest, categorize and route email and leads into a CRM, real-time voice assistants, fast websites and content engines that research, write and publish to a high standard, and dashboards that turn operational data into decisions.
Do you work with businesses outside India?
Yes. My e-Invoicing platform, for example, handles Malaysian LHDN e-Invoice compliance for multiple business tenants. Most of this work runs on cloud services and APIs, so location matters less than a clear understanding of the process and access to the right systems.
Which systems can you integrate with?
I have built integrations with Microsoft 365 through the Microsoft Graph API (Outlook mailboxes and drafts), Google Workspace (Drive and Sheets), Odoo CRM, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and MySQL, AWS, REST APIs secured with OAuth 2.0, and automation tools such as N8n, IBM RPA and UiPath. If your system has an API, it can usually be part of the pipeline.
How do you handle sensitive data?
Carefully and with the minimum access needed. Integrations use OAuth 2.0 with permissions scoped to what the system actually requires, credentials are stored and used per tenant, multi-tenant systems keep every tenant's data isolated, and every automated action leaves an audit trail. Where accuracy matters most, a person approves the output before anything leaves the building.
